What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP as it is affectionately referred to - has been loosely transcribed to be the "art and science of personal excellence".

"People work perfectly"

Broken down into its smaller components -

  • Neuro - "mind"
  • Linguistics - "language"
  • Programming - "the sets of processes or habits used to complete tasks"

The NLP Model considers how people experience the world, the external and internal sensory inputs that result in a behavior (action or thought). Every person is unique, and therefore experience things in a unique way to any one else.

Based upon the modeling of excellence, NLP is a powerful and immediate way to overcome fears, phobias or destructive patterns of behaviours that prevent you from having the life results you desire.

Used in isolation, or in conjunction with coaching sessions, NLP can remove undesired patterns as well as install helpful, nurturing and sustainable ones.

At Zenith Performance Coaching & Associates, our coaches are qualified NLP Practitioners. Coaching sessions and programs offered by us incorporate NLP tools and techniques for that extra "shift" in how our clients see, think, feel or experience their world - to maximise results and create lasting transformation.

The changes experienced through being coached with NLP are far-reaching and its benefits will permeate into your work, home and social life.
